Grubb Suspends Himself, Court Makes It Official

Friday afternoon, Aug. 12, 2022, District 23 District Attorney Allan Grubb submitted a letter of resignation to the office of Governor Kevin Stitt. The letter states the resignation is effective Sept. 30, 2022, but it also said he (Grubb) will voluntarily suspend himself from office immediately, so the new interim DA may be appointed.
