An Oklahoma Senate Resolution was made declaring April 17, 2024 as the 25th Annual 4-H Day at the Capitol.In part, it read, “Whereas, for a quarter of a century, this annual celebration of 4-H Day at the Capitol has provided an opportunity for club members to share their 4-H stories with state leaders.”Most counties in Oklahoma are allowed to send their top two or three 4-H members in leadership…
