For Clemmie Lucas of Tecumseh, life has not been easy. But, Project H.E.A.R.T. and the Tecumseh Senior Citizen Center made sure there was at least one happy moment in her 100 years, with an early birthday party on Dec. 15.
Along with lunch, there was a cake and presents, and the crowd sang “Happy Birthday.”
