A four-year-old child’s arm was bitten off by a dog, just below the shoulder, Dec. 10.
According to the police report from the incident, it is thought that the child had reached into a dog pen to pet some puppies inside it, when the puppies’ Pitbull father grabbed him, pulled him into the pen, and severed his arm.
