It was one day short of three weeks since Super Bowl 57, but on Sat., March 4, Jim Thorpe Stadium was full of fans young and old - cheering on their favorite football star. The stage was set on the field with Little League football players on one side, Shawnee High School players on the other and media in the middle.

Wolves Start Baseball Season with New Scoreboard

Four Arvest Bank associates threw out the first ball(s) for Shawnee High School’s first home baseball game on March 4, then got fist bumps from the team. Arvest was the largest sponsor and bought naming rights to the new electronic scoreboard. Shawnee Girls Swim Team Takes State

For the second year in a row, the Shawnee High School Girls Swim Team is Class 5A’s State Champions. They scored 311 points overall during the State Championship Meet held at the Edmond Aquatic Center on Feb.

THS Grapplers Host Shawnee

The Savage Wrestlers finished off the regular dual season last Thursday with Senior Night, as they welcomed Shawnee to T-Town. A number of forfeits by the Savages and a good Wolves team led to a 55-20 loss for Tecumseh.
